Because shipping prices vary, we are constantly working with many shipping companies for the lowest possible shipping cost with the highest quality service. This provides you, our customer with the lowest rates possible, including the benefits of discounted rates through HC Marble Sculpture.

Payment Options:

• Checks: All checks must clear prior to your shipment leaving our warehouse.
• To avoid all banking delays re: shipping for personal or business International Checks & personal or business checks from the USA..... we accept verified cashiers bank checks.
• Credit Cards: All credit card orders must be shipped to the same billing address on your credit card. And all credit cards must be secured disbursements.

DELIVERY TIME:

Items in Stock: Delivery Time Crated Ready to Ship: Approximately 10 days from receipt of payment of confirmed funds for items in stock. We will get information regarding the type of shipping of your choice from your freight forwarder for the transit time estimated to arrive in your country. After that you must add the approximate time the shipment will be released from customs. 

     * Payment no. 1-  65% Deposit of confirmed T/T TRANSFER of FUNDS Upon Order to begin carving.

     * Payment no. 2.- 35% Balance Apprival of statue and of confirmed T/T TRANSFER of FUNDS to begin crating prior to shipment leaving our foundry.

Shipping: Approximately 3 to 4 months from receipt of 65% Deposit payment of confirmed  T/T TRANSFER of FUNDS and balance of confirmed irrevocable funds paid in full received prior to shipment leaving our foundry. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:  Are paid in 2 payments.

          * Payment no. 1.   65% deposit confirmed  T/T TRANSFER of FUNDS to begin carving the mold.

                                         Approximately 3 to 4 weeks to receive preview pictures.

• Payment no. 2.  35 % Due: upon Final approval, Prior Crating and arrangement for shipping via ocean Freight
•    Approximately 45 days from deposit.
 You have a window of (15/20 days to make minor changes before mold dries.

      Shipping/Deliver: to customers Freight Forwarder: 4 to 5 months from receipt of deposit and receipt of secured payment of balance paid in full to crate your order prior to shipment leaving our foundry via ocean

Delivery time: Depends on arrangement made by your freight forwarder.

 Returns: Each sale is final. All custom orders are non changeable and non refundable. Once a custom sculpture or statue is approved and we have begun the next phase of production we cannot make any additional changes and therefore our company cannot accept a return or refund your payment once your final approval has been made and signed off.

Shipping Terms: HC Marble Sculpture will ensure the piece is in mint condition and crated properly before releasing it to the shipping/transportation company. We ship all items insured for their full value. "The customer MUST INSPECT THE ITEM for concealed damage," and if any damage has occurred, the customer must promptly make an insurance claim with the responsible freight carrier.

 HC Marble Sculpture is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred while in transit, as we will have insured the item through the freight carrier.  Any damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the shipping company and must be addressed with them.
