History

This beautiful French fountain with an octagon base and a column in the center from Provence has been hand carved and distressed out of limestone. This style fountain was found in the villages throughout France, and it originally had two bars accross the top of the base that were used to hold buckets while filling water.

The column in the center sprays it's water flow from four sides on the center column into the pool. This combination makes a wonderful visual display of flowing water.
